If you are in need of septic tank emergency service, do not hesitate to reach out to us via phone, email, or text. One of our technicians will gladly assist you with your emergency needs.
Is it a septic emergency? If your tank is overflowing at the tank lids, then yes, it is absolutely a septic emergency. We offer 24/7 emergency pump services.
Are your toilets or shower drains backing up or draining slowly? This is most likely a clog somewhere between your house and your tank. We advise having a plumber come out to snake your line and clear the blockage all the way to the tank. Having your septic tank pumped in this situation may or may not clear the blockage, leaving you with the same back-up issues. If a plumber does snake and clear the line without resolving the issue, give us a call.
If you have flushed any of the following items, you should call us to get your tank pumped immediately:
Wipes of any kind (including “septic safe”)
Excessive amounts bleach products or harsh chemicals
Excessive use of your garbage disposal
Poured grease (i.e. rendered bacon fat) down your drain
These items can cause extreme damage to your septic system, leading to costly repairs. Many of these items can make their way to your leaching/drain field, clogging the system and interfering with drainage. Trust us! It’s much more cost-effective to have these items pumped out rather than to replace your leach field.
