Our fleet capacity

A fleet of trucks in multiple capacities, plus a tanker trailer for high-volume jobs, with 145,000 gallons of daily fleet capacity. For sites that need it, we run more than one truck at a time.

Our past performance

  • Daily on-call removal of up to 75,000 gallons, including raw sewage, brine, and sludge
  • A multi-year subcontract covering grinder pump stations and restroom trailers
  • Two recurring accounts running continuously since 2021

Contracting & procurement

Most of our government and agency work comes through prime contractors rather than direct award, so subcontracting is familiar ground. We can provide the certifications, insurance certificates, and documentation a prime needs for its own compliance file. We also work directly with private facilities on standing schedules or on-call terms.

Our capability statement includes client details that we don’t publish, so we send it on request. Tell us who you are and where it’s going, and we’ll email it over.

WHAT MAKES A SITE INDUSTRIAL RATHER THAN COMMERCIAL?

It’s the waste, not the size of the business. If your facility holds an industrial waste discharge permit or pretreats waste on site, that’s industrial work, and it requires a hauler with a matching permit. A small country club can qualify while a large office park doesn’t.

Not sure which one you are? Send us the details and we’ll tell you. If it turns out you’re a standard commercial site, we handle those too.

INDUSTRIAL SEPTIC AND WASTE HAULING QUESTIONS

Do you hold an industrial waste hauler permit?

Yes. Not every pumping company does, which limits who can legally transport industrial waste in San Diego County. We can provide our permit details for your vendor file.

Do you work with municipalities and government agencies?

Yes. We’ve done work for public agencies and government sites in San Diego County, most often as a subcontractor to a prime contractor rather than by direct award. Send us your scope and we’ll tell you honestly whether it’s work we can take on.

Are you a certified veteran-owned business?

Yes. All-American Septic is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business, founded and run by a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, and we’re also certified as a Small Business and Micro Business. Certification IDs and codes are on our capability statement, which you can request here.

How much can you haul at once?

Our fleet runs multiple truck capacities plus a tanker trailer, and we can run more than one truck at a time for high-volume sites. Send us your volume and frequency and we’ll tell you exactly what the job takes.

Do you work as a subcontractor under prime contractors?

Yes, and that’s how most of our government work comes to us. We’re set up to provide the documentation a prime needs for its own compliance file.

Can you handle on-call or emergency removal?

Yes. We run both standing schedules and on-call work for sites where volume isn’t predictable. Tell us your response requirements and we’ll tell you honestly what we can commit to.

Do you take industrial contracts outside San Diego County?

Sometimes. Most of our industrial work is in San Diego County, working from our base in Valley Center, but we’ve traveled farther for larger-scale contracts. Whether we can take on a job outside the county depends on the scope, volume, schedule, and our current capacity. Send us your scope and location, and we’ll tell you honestly whether it’s work we can commit to.

How do you price industrial waste hauling?

Every industrial job is quoted individually, because the variables that drive cost (e.g. waste type, volume, frequency, truck access and staging, and disposal requirements) are different at every site. Send us your scope and we’ll come back with a real number rather than a range that moves later.

You’ll approve the price before any work starts, and if the scope changes once we’re on site, you’ll hear about it before we proceed.

SEND US YOUR INDUSTRIAL SEPTIC PROJECT SCOPE

Tell us about your site and what you’re hauling, and we’ll come back with a real number and next steps. You’ll approve the price before any work starts.

The more you can tell us up front, the faster we can price it: waste type, permit number, volume, how often you need service, and anything unusual about access or staging. If you’re bidding and don’t have final numbers yet, send what you have.
