WHAT WE OFFER

COMMERCIAL SEPTIC SERVICES WE PROVIDE

We service commercial septic systems throughout San Diego County from our base in Valley Center, including the inland and North County properties where most commercial septic sites are. Here’s who we work with and what we do:

WHAT WE DO

  • Scheduled pumping: We’ll set a customized cadence based on your site’s usage after the first pump-out.
  • On-call response when a lift pump fails: When the pump moving waste to your tank goes down, you need a truck, not a maintenance ticket.
  • Event pumping, during and after: A large event can generate more waste in a weekend than a site sees in a month.
  • Temporary sites and restroom trailers: Construction sites, seasonal operations, and event grounds with holding tanks.
  • Added capacity when your site grows: When you have more occupants or more space, we can increase frequency, bring bigger trucks, or both.

WE DON’T DO

  • Grease traps
  • New septic system installations
  • Drain field repair and replacement

Not sure whether you need these services? Contact us and if we can’t help you, we’ll point you to someone who does it right, and we can still handle the pumping side.

Lisa S.

“All-American Septic for the win, once again!! As a realtor all over San Diego County, not all real estate vendors are willing to travel from East County to North County. I sincerely appreciate the professionalism of the entire All-American staff. They’ve pulled through some difficult real estate transactions.”

“All-American was fast, reliable, on-time, thorough, and very professional. I would highly recommend them to more of my clients.”

HOW IT WORKS

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU REQUEST A COMMERCIAL SEPTIC PUMPING QUOTE

Three easy steps, no surprises on the invoice.

A silver dump truck and green dumpsters are parked on an asphalt lot under a clear blue sky.

1. Tell us about the site

Tell us about the site The more detail up front, the faster we can price it. Tank size, how often you’re currently pumped, what’s gone wrong before, when your operation can and can’t stop. If you don’t know your tank size or pumping history, say so — plenty of properties don’t.

2. We scope it, and visit if we need to

We scope it, and visit if we need to Some sites we can quote from the details you send. Others need eyes on the access, the tank, and where a truck can actually park. We’ll tell you which one yours is instead of quoting blind and revising later.

3. You approve the price before we start

You approve the price before we start Not a range that changes on service day. You’ll know the number before a truck rolls. If a recurring schedule makes sense for your site, we’ll recommend an interval based on your actual usage rather than a generic timeline, and you can change or cancel it whenever you want.

COMMON COMMERCIAL SEPTIC PUMPING QUESTIONS

Do you pump grease traps?

No. We pump septic tanks at restaurants and other food service properties, but grease traps are a separate service we don’t offer. We’re happy to point you toward someone who does.

What kinds of businesses do you service?

Restaurants, wineries, RV parks, country clubs, mobile home parks, campgrounds, churches, schools, and office and retail properties — anywhere in San Diego County on a septic system rather than city sewer.

If your property has an industrial waste discharge permit, we do industrial septic services, too.

Can you service our site outside of business hours?

Usually, yes. Early mornings, evenings, and weekends are all workable with enough notice. Tell us your operating hours in the quote request and we’ll schedule around them.

How fast can you respond when something fails?

Text or call and you’ll get a real answer based on current schedule. Lots of clients are pleasantly surprised to find out that we can get to them the very same day.

Will you try to sell us repairs while you're here?

No. We only do minor tank repairs, so we have no financial reason to find work your system doesn’t need. We’ll tell you what we see, put it in writing, and let your team decide.

Do you carry insurance and workers' comp?

Yes to both, and we can provide certificates for your vendor file. Our trucks also meet California emissions requirements, which some government and institutional contracts ask about.

How much can your trucks carry?

Our fleet runs multiple trucks in different capacities, so we match the truck to the site instead of making four trips with one. For high-volume sites we can run more than one truck at a time. Tell us your tank size and we’ll tell you exactly what the job takes.

Do you service engineered systems and advanced treatment units?

Yes. Every septic system has a tank, and every tank needs pumping, regardless of how the rest of the system treats what’s in it.

How much does commercial septic pumping cost?

It depends on tank size, how much is in it, truck access, and how often you need service, which is why we quote each site individually instead of posting a price. You’ll approve the number before any work starts.

What areas do you serve?

Most of San Diego County from our base in Valley Center. We don’t travel to the most remote corners of the county, like Palomar Mountain or out toward the desert. Not sure if your site is in range? Text us the address and we’ll let you know.
