Our co-founder Mathew is out on the job every week. When you call us, you’re working with the people who own the company.

If your problem sounds like a plumber’s job, we’ll tell you before we roll a truck. We’d rather lose the call than sell you a service you don’t need.

We don’t do installations or large repairs, so we have no reason to find work your system doesn’t need. You get the pumping you asked for and an honest read on what we saw.

With five trucks, we’re big enough to handle commercial sites, events, and industrial work. We’re still small enough that you’ll get a real answer when you text us.

A HUSBAND AND WIFE TEAM

All-American Septic was founded by Mathew Deines, a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, and his wife Nicki. We’re based in Valley Center, and we still run the company the way we started it: hands-on, close to our customers, and honest about every job.

MEET MATHEW

Mathew was born in El Cajon, raised in Escondido, and enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps after graduating from San Pasqual High School. After the Marines, he earned a degree in accounting and spent several years in the corporate world. He missed doing work that directly helped people, so in 2018 he started All-American Septic to serve his neighbors.

Today he’s out on job sites every week. He’ll tell you what he sees, explain how your system works, and tell you when you don’t need him.

MEET NICKI

Nicki was born in Escondido and grew up in Valley Center, riding with the VC Vaqueros, swimming for the Valley Center Swim Team, and marching in the Western Days Parade with the middle school band. She earned her bachelor’s degree and teaching credential from Cal State San Marcos and taught for 13 years.

When Mathew started All-American Septic, Nicki joined him to build it. She still brings a teacher’s patience to every call. She also leads Pumps for Patients, the nonprofit the two of them founded.

A TEAM THAT GIVES BACK

Mathew and Nicki also founded Pumps for Patients, a nonprofit that provides free septic pumping for people going through chemotherapy. What started in San Diego County now works with partner pumping companies across the country.
